I am a CIMSPA registered Level 3 Personal Trainer and believe that living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. I have been interested in sport and fitness from an early age, personally experiencing the positive impact that exercise has to offer. I have been running, weight training and teaching martial arts for over 30 years. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, improve your health and well-being and design an exercise programme that fits your needs. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.
